Βητάγων ὁ Κρόνος ὑπὸ Φοινίκαν. Verba sunt Etymologi, in quibus illum egregie falli putat vir magnus de Phoenic. Colon. l. 2. c. 14. Neque enim uspiam ulla mentio Dei cuiusquam sic nominati, praeterquam in Phavorino, qui saepe hunc sequitur κατα πόδα. Itaque corruptum videtur pro Bethdagon. Vide Virum doctissimum loc. cit. Nic.
